Confirm Your Travel Information
Changes to travel arrangements can result in penalties, and many travel components may be nonrefundable. Please help ensure everything is accurate before your final documents are issued.
Carefully review the documents previously emailed to you or listed in your itinerary and notify us immediately if corrections are needed.

STEP 2
Protect Your Investment with Travel Insurance
Unexpected events can disrupt even the most carefully planned journeys. Travel insurance protects your financial investment and provides coverage for medical needs, trip interruption, travel delays, lost baggage, and emergency evacuation.
For the greatest protection, insurance should be purchased the same day as your initial trip deposit.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, when available, must typically be purchased within 10–14 days of your initial trip deposit, depending on the plan.

Enroll in the Smart Traveler
Enrollment Program (STEP)
The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program is a free service provided by the U.S. Department of State.
Enrollment allows the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to assist you in an emergency and provides important safety updates for your destination.
Health & Immunization Guidance
Health recommendations vary by destination.
For the most current travel health guidance, vaccinations, and destination-specific recommendations, visit the CDC travel website. We also recommend consulting your physician prior to international travel.
Travel Entry & Visa Requirements
Entry and visa requirements vary by destination. Before traveling, please review the U.S. Department of State website to confirm whether a visa is required for your trip and to understand the application process if applicable.
